Last week, I took my vehicle to this auto repair shop after hearing great things from friends. The customer service was impressive; everyone was attentive and had a positive attitude. They quickly diagnosed a brake issue that had been bothering me for weeks. While I was expecting a hefty bill, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing they offered. They even took the time to show me the worn-out parts and explained why they needed replacement. The only reason I’m giving them four stars instead of five is that it took a little longer than I anticipated to get my car back. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps providing some form of shuttle service, as I had to arrange my own ride to pick up my car. They provided me with a few different options regarding repairs and the pricing was transparent, which made me feel comfortable. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule, and my car now runs smoother than ever! I also loved the clean and organized waiting area; it made the entire experience much more pleasant. My only minor critique would be that they could improve the coffee selection in the waiting room—perhaps adding some flavored options would be nice! Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for honest, reliable service. I definitely plan on returning for all my auto needs and will be spreading the word to my friends and family!
